Refund policy
We happily accept returns within 14 days of shipment for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
Refunds will not be issued for items that have been opened, used or damaged.
Need to return an item? Here's what you should do:
- Contact us at info@thresholdcycling.com to initiate the process
- We'll send you a shipping label
- Drop your item in the mail
- As soon as your return is received we'll immediately process your refund
