Measurement tip: Wrap a flexible measuring tape horizontally around your head, approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and ears. If your measurement falls on the exact boundary (59 cm), choose S/M for a snug, low-profile race fit, or L/XL if you prefer extra room for thermal cycling caps in cold weather.
